Kate, pictured right, studied to become a Yoga Teacher at the very source in Madhya Pradesh, Khajaraho, India and has been teaching for 12 years.
Yoga Retreats Spain was set up out of Kates love for Spain & her passion for Yoga & the chance meeting of Mandy at Las Dunas.
Together Kate & Mandy run Yoga Retreats from the amazing Las Dunas Cave Venue in Baza, Granada which has a magical sense of calm and sits at the foot of Mount Jabalcon in the protected UNESCO site.

Cave House Holidays and Retreat Venue

The Murcia region of Spain is well known for this fabulous, citrus, juicy fruit. Claudios family history also includes the extraction of essential oils used to heal wounds, help restore hair loss, remove stains and widely used in culinary methods. You can see endless fields of lemons driving through winding roads and towns as they grace the landscape with their vibrant colour. Over 450,000 tonnes are produced every year.
